I can only begin to empathize and relate to your very specific and unique pain. But my friend, you do not have to do it alone. That's where this club comes in.
HERE'S MY STORY
I was my own first student. Both of my parents died from cancer within six months of each other, followed by my sweet 19-year-old fur baby less than a year later. As an only child, my entire immediate family was just... gone.
I've been where you are...

If you’re struggling to keep up with the day-to-day life post-loss of a loved one, feel like you’ve lost who you are in the midst of it all, feel overwhelmed with rebuilding and envisioning a life after loss...
Take the guesswork out of your grief
To get to this "better place", we really have to get to know our grief! To understand it and how it affects us mentally, physically, and beyond. It's about understanding that our losses and our grief will always be with us, and it's a part of our story.
Now, it's figuring out how to cope with the day-to-day difficulties, one step at a time, in a way that gives us grace and permission to make our journey exactly what it needs to be.
My grief philosophy
As a Grief Coach, I know all to well that it's not only learning how to cope with the acute, "in your face" grief. It's how to navigate and move forward with the day-to-day complexities of it.
It's understanding that it is a complex process, and it will ebb and flow. And you know what? That's okay! All we can do as grievers is approach it as carefully and thoughtfully as possible, making sure to give ourselves the proper time and energy to do exactly that.
It's approaching our grief with love, and in a way that is holistic and digestible. Because we're already overwhelmed as it is, right?!
what does an "intentional" life with grief really mean?
To be "intentional" with our grief means that we give it the time and attention it deserves. To be open-minded to the grief work, the healing journey, and the things our grief can teach us.
You feel lost, stuck, unable to move forward, in pain, and wondering how you're supposed to move forward from here.
You feel overwhelmed and confused about where to begin coping with your grief, whether you're new on this journey or it has been some time since your loss.
You find it difficult to function on a day-to-day basis. Or, find it hard to relate to others and can't seem to find a solution that has worked.
You need grief support that isn't overwhelming, but is impactful.
Guidance on how to work through your grief and loss from a Certified Grief Coach that is served in a way that's relatable and trustworthy, and takes the guesswork out of your grief work.
A sense of peace moving forward in life without feeling like you're moving away or forgetting your loved one(s). Feeling as though you have a sense of direction, hope, a zest for life, are able to cope with the day-to-day complexities of grief with confidence, have less stress and anxiety, and more.
A community of like-minded people where you'll feel less alone, where you can participate as much or as little as you're comfortable with. A space where you're surrounded by those that understands where you've been and where you are, and encompasses guidance, support, comfort, and a safe space, but also joy, laughter, and vulnerability.
Consistent, reliable tools, resources, and support that is not overwhelming or intimidating, and is something you'll actually look forward to!

Say less... I'm in!
This is why I designed this club, and these are the types of thoughts, feelings, and emotions Intentional Life After Loss will help you navigate.
It's all about how to address the grief at-hand, but we're transforming your life one step at a time, too! This club is designed to help you through this adversity.
These are real comments
I can't wait until we have our session, I really enjoy them. Talking to you has made such a difference. I knew I needed to talk to someone but made up my mind that I wasn't going to use a counselor. Thank you for being my coach and if for nothing else just listening. I love the "homework" I can tell I am not the same person I was a couple of years ago!!!
Think of this as a cozy corner café with your favorite beverage in-hand!
A safe, welcoming place for a monthly check-in where you can process and talk about your highs and lows, ask me questions, receive in-the-moment coaching on your healing journey, and more.
Most importantly, it's a way to hold other accountable and support each other! Zero pressure to participate. You're welcome to just listen in, too.
I'M READY, TARA!
A Facebook community is included to build up your support system where you can connect with me and other grievers going through similar losses. I like to call this the "Progress Pod!"
I pop in weekly to answer questions, provide feedback, and encourage you on your journey. I am an anything-but-absent guide and coach to you, and you will find endless support and inspiration in the group!
I love guiding you through this process and holding your hand as you try new things, have beautiful "aha" moments, and grow as a griever!
Each month I thoughtfully put together a mini digital downloadable toolkit, carefully created just for you.
Depending on the month and what we're digging into, this can be coping tools, exercises, prompts with thought-provoking questions, a video addressing a particular griefy topic... just enough to keep you going, but doesn’t feel like some complicated homework assignment.
My goal each month is to make this very digestible and easily doable! It's all about the impact here.
Grief is a lifelong process, and needs to be treated that way. It comes down to turning your pain into purpose—your losses into gains!
But before we can really think about all of that, I thought about every aspect of my healing journey that helped me to get to the point I'm at, and what has been useful and life-changing for the grievers I have coached. When I really took a step back, I realized there was so much more beyond the surface.
So, that's what I want to share with you and what I want this club to be about! There are so many little nuances and complexities to grief, and they all deserve time and attention. My bread and butter is working through that with you in a way that is impactful, educational, and inspiring.
